Reservation Policy
The following applies to all reservations:

We take 100% of the balance 30 days prior to arrival. We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, traveler checks, or money orders for payments. A $25 cancellation fee applies to all canceled or reduced stays. The cancellation fee increases to 50% for cancellations or reductions within 30 days of arrival.
When 3 or more properties are reserved by one party, a 60 day notice is required to avoid the increased fee for cancellations or reductions.
